Confirming Participation
Because the PrimeSource network of participating providers is subject to change, you should verify if your provider is still participating with PrimeSource before scheduling an appointment. All you need to do is check the Provider Directory or call PrimeSource Health Network at 717-230-3444, and ask to verify the provider’s participation. We can also check to see if new providers have been added to the network since this directory was updated or to see if a particular provider has additional office locations.

It is your responsibility to see that your physician refers you to specialists and other health care providers (i.e. hospitals, laboratories, etc.) that participate with PrimeSource. Be sure to remind both the physician and the office staff to check the current PrimeSource Health Network Provider Directory (or to call PrimeSource Health Network) before making a referral.
